The EAC is a regional organisation of the partner states Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda
HIV-related Mission
- Generally improve the health status of its people
- Contribute to epidemic preparedness and response as well as to the control of communicable disease

As a leader of the regional response to HIV, the EAC promotes and develops various regional cooperation priority areas
